Alliance EPM operates as a professional practice of independent project managers, scientists, engineers and hygienists specialising in the areas of Contaminated Land Assessment and Remediation, Cost Risk Analysis, Geotechnical Assessment, Hazardous Materials Assessment and Environmental Compliance.
Alliance EPM was founded in 2007 by Ivan Devcic in response to demands from property owners and developers who were frustrated with the status quo and were seeking a better way to take control and proactively manage their environmental compliance and in-ground risk management needs. Our vision at that time was to think outside the square and redefine the way contaminated land projects would be set up and managed to completion. Rather than be limited to using in-house professionals only, it was our vision to create flexible alliances with other key consulting firms and contractors so that the best and most driven team of professionals could be individually handpicked for each project. The result; greater control, flexibility and value for the client. From our first 53X Environmental Audit in 2007, Alliance EPM has since completed over 150 projects nationally and most of our work is repeat business or client referrals.
Whilst proudly being a small and highly focused consultancy, our ability to leverage off our alliance partners allows us to offer a unique personalised service no matter how small or large the project is.
